Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in Horana.
The selected candidate will support bulk production by managing and coordinating all Laboratory operations, ensuring products meet technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile/Chemical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years’ team leadership experience in textile dyeing and finishing plant.
- Knowledge of color management & strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure best practices and continuous improvement in Laboratory operations.
- Monitor lab to bulk reproducibility and work with operations team to maintain consistency.
