Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute commercial contracts/agreements, leases, and legal documentation to protect company interests.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal compliance.
- Represent company in legal matters.
- Manage intellectual property applications.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Promote continuous development within the unit.
Qualifications
- LLB with second class upper or higher.
- +5 years experience in corporate legal division.
- Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public in Sri Lanka.
- LLM or other relevant qualifications preferred.
- Legal research background advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong English communication skills, Sinhala/Tamil proficiency a plus.
