Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
Requirements:
- Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Finance sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven track record of handling legal matters with integrity and professionalism.
