Job Description
The Linux System Administrator (Consultant) at JOHN KEELLS IT will be responsible for developing and maintaining shell scripts for automation, implementing security measures, monitoring system performance, managing databases, and supporting SAP deployment initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Certification in SUSE or RHEL required
- Minimum 1 year of Linux system administration experience
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, etc. for shell scripting
- Experience with Linux distributions, security best practices, and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of database systems, Azure basics preferred
- Experience with RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and SAP deployment is an advantage
