Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics service providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery and shipment.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on logistics performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics within the FMCG and Engineering industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
