Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to optimizing our supply chain.

Job Responsibility

01-Oversee and coordinate day-to-day logistic activities,ensuring and timely execution of tasks.

02-Identify areas for process improvement and strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

03-Analyze logistic data to identify trends ,track key performance indicators and generate report for management

04-Lead and motivate the delivery team to achieve KPI targets

05-Delivery route optimization for the cost efficiency. 

Qualifications & Experience

01-Degree/Diploma in Logistic/ supply chain/Operation

02-Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role

03-Excellent leadership,interpersonal,time management ,communication and collaboration skills.

04-willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.

05-E-Commerce industry experience would be an added advantage

06-Preference will be given for candidates around Athurugiriya,Malabe,Kottawa,Homagama area or willing to settle near.
