Role Description:
- This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Coordinator at Tokyo Elevators and Escalators (Pvt) Ltd.
- Responsibilities include coordinating elevator maintenance, managing projects, liaising with customers, and supporting maintenance teams.
- Tasks also involve annual maintenance contract renewal, invoice preparation, payment collection follow-ups, and generating reports.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office package
