Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves financial statement preparation, accruals, and utilizing analytical skills for finance and accounting insights at Mind Plus.
Qualifications
- ACCA or CIMA member with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- Minimum 5 years exp. as Management Accountant in manufacturing setup
- Proficient in MS Office, data analysis tools, and accounting software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, variance analysis, and commentaries
- Support management in financial decision-making
- Assist in strategic decisions and business strategies
- Advise on financial implications of decisions
- Analyze financial performance and contribute to planning
- Monitor financial info systems and improve processes
- Implement corporate governance, risk management, and controls
