Job Description

Hela Apparel Holdings PLC is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Affairs team under the Group CEO’s guidance. The role involves spearheading strategic corporate finance endeavors, focusing on mergers & acquisitions as well as investor relations.

The Job:

  • Assess M&A possibilities from financial and strategic standpoints.
  • Provide guidance on the legal and financial structuring of M&A transactions.
  • Oversee M&A projects.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation.
  • Carry out industry research and financial evaluations.
  • Support investor relations tasks and corporate strategy formulation.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives within the corporate finance domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, law, or business.
  • Preference for CFA certification or postgraduate qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
