Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – HR & Admin. The Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative operations within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Knowledge of ERP such as HRIS
- Able to work with both Government and Private institutions such as BOI/CUSTOMS/INLAND REVENUE and others
- Good communication skills
- Having a legal background will be a definite advantage
