Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mortgage underwriting team.
- Oversee loan applications evaluation and approval.
- Develop underwriting strategies to mitigate risk.
- Train and mentor underwriters for professional development.
- Collaborate with departments for process improvement.
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure compliance.
Expected Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership, communication, and proficiency in underwriting tools.
