Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Manager Procurement Engineering CAPEX for an FMCG company in Colombo. Responsibilities include overseeing CAPEX projects, managing procurement, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement for CAPEX projects, including sourcing, supporting contractors, and compliance audits.
• Ensure uninterrupted service supply for all projects in line with defined strategies.
• Coordinate with user functions to prepare tender drafts and documentation for transparent tendering.
• Evaluate project proposals to meet compliance requirements and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to select vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Minimum two years’ experience in capital projects management and procurement.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
