Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products closely adhere to company standards.
• Ensure adherence to required quality standards and meet delivery schedules.
• Responsible for overseeing daily laboratory functions and ensuring the proper functionality of Quality SOPs.
• Ensure internal and supplier audits are conducted on various standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, GRS, Higg FEM, OEKO-TEX, and 5S.
• Conduct training on the above standards for internal team members and maintain quality reports.
• Train, develop, and multi-skill team members to maintain required competency levels.

Basic Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science (Chemistry), or equivalent.
• Diploma in Quality Management or Lead/Internal Auditor qualification with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail required.
• Preferred candidates below 40 years with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good knowledge of statistics, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and computer literacy.
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility to meet set targets.
