We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and we are currently looking for a Manager – Prouct and Solutions Development for one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.

Job Role

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing product development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, integrating their feedback into product development and defining effective go-to-market strategies.
• Optimize product development processes, leveraging agile methodologies to achieve continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• ​​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in product management or product development, with a strong track record in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
