OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to join our client’s team, a leading FMCG company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing within the FMCG industry and demonstrate a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
