Job Description
The Job:
- Support the Marketing business to roll out the marketing plan efficiently.
- Develop marketing contents, organize and oversee ATL / BTL promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Be responsible for Marketing related periodic MIS / dashboard presentations to support the decision-making process while working on annual and project-based marketing budgets.
The Person:
- Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the Banking / FMCG industry.
- Full / part qualification in a related discipline.
- Thorough knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical approaches for Marketing management.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and excellent in written & oral communication.
