Job Description
One of our multinational client company, Quess Lanka, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer from Jaffna and the suburbs to join as a Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of plants, as well as supervising plant operators (10 or more people).
Requirements:
- Should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and an MBA.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of work experience with a proven track record in setting up factories, operating and maintaining plants, and supervising plant operations.
- Good knowledge in the agriculture field is an added advantage.
