Position: Merchandise Manager – Knit Wear
Location: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka
Salary: 300 USD – 400 USD + accommodation + air tickets
Overview:
Our client, a renowned multinational apparel manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Merchandise Manager to lead knitwear product lines from concept to delivery in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies in line with company goals.
- Oversee product lifecycle from design to production.
- Coordinate with teams for on-time product delivery.
- Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships.
- Analyze market trends for product development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lead and mentor merchandising professionals.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, textile, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in apparel merchandising with a focus on Knit Wear.
- 3+ years handling Ralph Lauren Brand.
- Demonstrated account management and merchandising skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
