Job Description
Job Duties:
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and meet monthly sales targets.
- Act as a key communicator between sales teams and operational teams.
- Provide support for customer manager role as necessary.
- Oversee customer communication protocols and order confirmation activities.
- Coordinate with Art Work team for timely completion of tasks.
- Report regularly to management on operational status.
- Requirements:
- Understanding of manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to map processes and manage cross-team communication.
- Skills in problem-solving, data analytics, and project management.
