Job Description

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Active team as an Executive Merchandiser Development. This role would enable you to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of yarn to the production process with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify respective styles and volumes, carry out buy processing activities, and update information
• Engage in reporting process for information transfer and decision-making
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and drive objectives to meet KPIs
• Participate in Development meetings, ensure raw materials availability, and deliver prototypes to customers
• Prepare costing sheets, negotiate pricing terms, and coordinate until finalization
• Liaise with PDC, Embellishment, Planning, and Sourcing teams for style readiness
• Maintain relationships with key customer decision makers and provide value-added service

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• 2 years of experience in development merchandising
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
