Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant/Junior Executive Operations to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. If you are passionate about operations, logistics, and making a meaningful impact in a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transport logistics including scheduling, tracking, and optimizing vehicle routes.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Support construction operations by coordinating materials, equipment, and site logistics.
  • Assist in procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in transport coordination, vehicle maintenance, construction operations, or procurement is advantageous.
