Job Description
- Oversee and manage operational aspects of travel services.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations (reservations, ticketing, transportation, accommodation).
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
- Plan attractive travel packages and itineraries.
- Ensure quality service delivery and address customer issues.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits.
- Manage crisis situations and implement contingency plans.
