Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager in Colombo. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Responsibilities include managing teams, implementing process improvements, optimizing productivity, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Collaboration with stakeholders to execute strategies for achieving organizational goals is also key.
Qualifications:
