Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Travel Manager at Olanka Travels in Colombo. The Outbound Manager will be responsible for air ticket operations, overseas tours, daily operations management, team management, sales, and implementing and optimizing people management systems.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills and Operations Management
- Team Management and Sales
- Experience with GDS (Sabre)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the travel and leisure industry is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
