Job Description
We’re looking for BISEKA fans who not only love the BISEKA brand but also enjoy discussing its results with customers.
Locations Available – Nugegoda / Gampaha / Negombo
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly, aiming to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and replenishing products as needed.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and reconciling daily sales.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure the outlet’s displays are attractive, well-organized, and compliant with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Smart in appearance with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of natural skincare and hair care products.
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Good Command of English and Sinhala.
- Passionate for cosmetic Products.
- Previous experience in the beauty care industry is a plus.
- Having a presence on social media.
