Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join us as a Paraplanning Team Lead for one of our clients. If you have a passion for financial planning and leading teams, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support for their success.
• Develop and review complex financial plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Enhance paraplanning processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Conduct training sessions and support team skill development.
• Collaborate with advisors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Perform quality checks on financial plans to meet company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in paraplanning with leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial planning software (X Plan) and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
