Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assaying pawned articles using Densimeter/Touchstone to mitigate risks for the Bank.
- Managing pawning redemptions, interest payments, and monitoring NPA/overdue accounts.
- Ensure NPA is less than 0.5% and overdue is less than 1% of the base.
- Balance pawning register daily and monthly, handle auctions, and promotional activities.
- Conduct physical verifications of pawned items monthly, achieve targets, and support advance portfolio growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in banking/financial sector, with 2-3 years in pawning.
- Banking qualification a plus, strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills required.
- Ability to multitask in a challenging environment and work efficiently as a team player.
