Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team at CodeGen International. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to payroll, taxes, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute various payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and other ad hoc reports requested by management.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues raised by employees, providing clear and accurate information.
- Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Record regular transactions of payroll procedures and reports to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all payroll records.
Pre-Requisites:
- 2+ years of relevant previous work experience.
- Part or fully qualified Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related Professional qualification.
- Previous experience in Microimage Payroll System.
- Hands-on experience in online Banking transactions.
- Previous experience in an ERP environment (Odoo System).
