Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Partner / trusted advisor to business line heads
- Coaching and guiding people managers
- Align HR strategies with business goals for performance and growth
- Manage talent, succession planning & career development
- Lead organization change management
- Conduct HR audits, manage KPIs and processes
- Handle employee and industrial relations
- Maintain MIS, drive data-driven decisions
- Provide support in international talent acquisition
Person Specification
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Deep understanding of labor law and HR operations
- Experience as an HR generalist
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong team management skills
