Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Directress at Bridge To Bridge Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative and executive support tasks, be able to work independently, and thrive in a small office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
- File and retrieve documents.
- Respond to incoming communications.
- Interact with internal staff.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Implement improvements in operating practices.
Qualifications:
