Job Description

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Physical Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Expectations
Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
Candidates residing in Jaela, Ekala, Kadawatha, Kaduwela, and nearby areas will receive transportation.
