Position Snapshot:
- Place of work: Nestlé Lanka – Kurunegala Factory
- Area: Production
Position Summary:
- Reporting to the Head of Production, responsible for maintenance management strategy implementation, leading factory asset maintenance program, and increasing asset intensity.
- Key Responsibilities:
- – Establish and control maintenance routines
- – Implement maintenance methodologies and breakdown analysis
- – Manage maintenance budget and safety guidelines
- – Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies and standards
- – Support PM pillar methodologies and production coordination
Requirements:
- Education: Mechanical Engineering degree
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Language: Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Skills: Leadership, team player, safety-focused, analytical, problem-solving
