Job Description
Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for production, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, and plant operation.
- Responsible for the entire production process, ensuring IV fluid (LVP) production as per the annual plan.
- Prepare and implement annual manufacturing budget in alignment with Corporate Business Plan.
- Monitor daily production, correct deviations, and optimize utility efficiency.
- Ensure plant safety, health, and hygiene compliance through audit report monitoring.
- Implement SOPs for Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory adherence.
- Oversee validation & qualification of facilities, machinery, processes, and personnel.
- Collaborate with QA for drug product review and investigate market complaints.
- Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance while achieving key performance indicators.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy or Engineering from a recognized university.
- MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills with computer literacy.
- Minimum ten years’ work experience with 5 years in a managerial role.
- IV fluid manufacturing (LVP) Industry experience.
