Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers for any inquiries or issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
• Validate the customer’s account and assist them with their product allocations.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the lifting process, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve outage issues.
• Should be proactive in blocking/unblocking customer accounts after analyzing their credit behavior.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• 0 to 1 Year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office.
• Customer-centric approach.
