Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure availability of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) according to the supply plan.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with administrative procedures for payment.
- Prepare and archive purchase-related files, price lists, and supplier lists.
- Develop and source RM/PM as per business requirements.
- Manage savings from controllable costs.
- Support Procurement-related SAP operations.
- Coordinate the Procure-to-Pay cycle.
- Manage claims and compensation from relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake any other assignments as given by the supervisor for the sake of the company’s benefit.
- Possess experience in Procurement functions as well as ERP knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Graduation from any reputed College/University (preferred concentration in Supply Chain Management).
- Experience: 1-2 years in Procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
