Job Description
Location: Morahahena Junction Horana
Salary: LKR 200,00-250,00
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee our purchasing activities and drive cost-effective solutions. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related qualifications, along with 6-8 years of proven experience managing direct and indirect purchases in a Manufacturing environment within a Multinational Organization, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both direct and indirect purchases efficiently
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
- Work closely with global functional leads in a matrix reporting system
- Handle complex capex and renewable energy projects
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience as a Procurement Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager
- Recent experience in managing complex projects in a matrix reporting system
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and other procurement tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
