Job Description

This Executive position will be based in the LAUGFS Lubricants Manufacturing Plant at Nittambuwa & report to Head of Operations.
Requirements:
- BSc/BBM Degree or HNDBF in Finance or Business Management
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong English & Sinhala communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based finance tools
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize material costs in manufacturing operations
- Initiate and manage product cost collection processes in SAP
- Analyze market trends and tariff structures affecting costs
- Provide cost analysis for pricing decisions and product comparisons
- Collaborate with departments to minimize waste and operational costs
