Job Description

Client – Global leading integrated container logistics company

To lead (dotted lines) the Countries delivery team in delivering high quality and cost-efficient customer outcomes across Transported by the client, with full responsibility to monitor the execution of Inland first mile, LCL, Air & CHB

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent high-quality execution of all products within TbM / MbM scope, following internal standards and customer promises.
• Support & execute the strategy of the Regional & Area Leadership Teams, aligned with IBS initiatives.
• Monitor customer visibility in partnership with CX on milestones (end-to-end across products).
• Drive & monitor the team to deliver superior customer outcomes through efficient high-quality delivery networks.
• Create an environment for colleagues to grow and thrive through empowerment, engagement & trust.

Expected Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Degree in Logistics Management or related area.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and engage teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior customer service orientation with a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes.
