Steering the success of our diverse mini applications under the pillars of rewards, entertainment, or convenience.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless development.
- Drive user-centric design, defining and prioritizing features that enhance user experiences and leverage your analytical prowess to monitor and optimize key performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Responsible for mapping streamlined processes related to all aspects of the mini apps falling under the pillar being headed.
- The need for customer insight management, product journey management, driving analytics maturity of the product, mini app P&L accountability, user growth, and revenue generation / monetization are key areas of responsibilities for the product lead.
