The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating tea bagging machines, managing quality standards, overseeing compliance with certifications, and developing strategies to achieve production targets. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tea packing industry and a Diploma in a food-related field. MS Office proficiency is required for this role.
