Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Program Manager at InTalent Asia in Colombo. This is a full-time and permanent remote role.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Monitor & track key milestones from product development to factory ship date.
- Communicate with cross-functional team members and external partners.
- Review and maintain vendor requirements and customer manuals.
- Facilitate meetings to review programs with team members.
- Collaborate to ensure goods are produced and shipped according to guidelines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Production experience.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
