Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is a dedicated organic and fair-trade company based in Sri Lanka

established in 1993. The company is registered under the Fair-trade Labeling Organization (FLO)

and is a member of the International Federation (FLO) and also is a member of the International

Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). We are engaged in processing and

exporting organic and fair-trade tea, spices, coconut products and perishable items such as

curry leaves and lemon grass which are being processed in our own processing units.

We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional, dynamic and energetic individual to join our

team in the capacity of Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of machinery.

 Implement and manage quality standards such as HACCP, ISO 2200, BRC, FSSC and 5s.

 Manage staffs, machine operators and workers effectively.

 Address customer complaints promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective

actions.

 Improve customer satisfaction through proactive measures.

 Develop and implement strategies to achieve production targets.

 Optimize processes for efficiency without compromising quality.

 Maintain comprehensive records of production processes and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

 Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.

 A Diploma in food related field is an advantage.

 Close proximity to Gampola.
