Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company’s food products by troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and coordinating a team of production employees to maintain consistent quality.
- Responsibilities:
– Ensure employees meet performance expectations
– Provide instructions to subordinate employees
– Oversee machinery operations and labor activities
– Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
– Prepare and present employee reports and handle documentation
