Job Description

The Institute of Informatics Technology is seeking applications from self-motivated individuals for the position of Project Management Engineer. This full-time role is based at a construction site in Ratmalana, specifically for a new building construction project. Applicants must be under 40 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform time and quality management processes for the project.
• Prepare project programs using relevant software.
• Conduct regular monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with all consultants to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow up on deliverables and compile progress reports.
• Manage quality reporting and supervise the construction site.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management.
