Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with legal teams to review contracts, agreements, and lease documents.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting property inspections and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate operations, preferably in project management roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
