Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
- Act as the primary point of contact for management Council, House Owners & Tenants
- Addressing residents’ inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee regular maintenance tasks, including repairs, landscaping, and cleaning
- Prepare staff rosters, weekly & monthly reports
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Coordinate with staff or vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Ensure the property complies with safety, legal requirements CMA regulations
Experienced and Qualifications
- Should have passed GCE Advance Level
- Two years’ experience in a related field
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in computers
- Knowledge in CMA Law will be an added advantage
- Residing within 10-15 km from Homagama Town
