Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Automation Lead at Mind Plus in Colombo. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control, assurance, management, and auditing. Ensuring compliance with GMP standards and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance and management.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and programming.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 applications is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test automation strategies and frameworks in AGILE methodology.
- Hands-on experience in Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Cucumber, and TestComplete.
- Design automation scripts, execute, and report on UI and web services.
- Write automation test cases and plan the process.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders and conduct presentations.
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Contribute to agile planning, backlog prioritization, and bug management.
- Mentor and manage QAs on delivery and career development.
- Contribute best practices and standards.
