Job Purpose/Role Profile: The selected candidate will drive process innovation, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee quality assurance operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Textile/Clothing Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience
- Proven leadership in quality assurance and team management
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, LSS BLACK belt) is a plus
