Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is one of the leading Manufacturing companies located in Horana.

Job Purpose/Role Profile

The selected candidate will develop and ensure a robust quality system in place within the operations, ensuring that the right skills, materials, information, and procedures are in place to meet Coats global standards consistently, customers’ requirements, and the standards established by formal quality management systems (ISO 9001), thereby maintaining a competitive edge within the market place.

And

Ensure delivering process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multi-jurisdictions and help foster a culture of sustainable change by creating and embedding LEAN methodology and the supporting framework to deliver business transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Textile/Clothing Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading quality assurance initiatives and managing teams.
• Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, LSS BLACK belt) is a plus.
