Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in food science, food technology, animal production, microbiology, or a related field.

2. Certification in food safety (HACCP, BRC, ISO 2200).

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the food industry.

4. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (local, USDA).

5. Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Leadership and team management experience.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

10. Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality and safety.
